Shipping Policy

We ship from California.  We ship to all US, APO/FPO/DPO, and US Territories’ addresses, except for the following states:  District of Columbia, Indiana, Minnetsota, Pennsylvania and Utah due to complicated e-cigarette state laws.

USPS – only uses the United States Postal Service for shipping. We strive to ship your order out within 1-2 days of your order. Depending on your location, it can take approximately 1-5 days to receive your shipment (not including processing time).

Expedited – Unfortunately, does not provide expedited shipping options at this time.

* Orders placed after Friday’s cutoff (3PM PST/DST) and on the weekends will ship the next business day.

International Shipping Policy does not sell outside of the United States at this time.

Return Policy & Warranties

For health concerns, we are unable to to accept returns of our line of e-liquids.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns for refund will be processed less the original shipping and handling charges.


Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. If your card has already been charged my our merchant and a refund has been processed, please note that it can take up anywhere from 5-10 days for the funds to be returned. 


Cancellations can be processed due to possible errors. Should a customer request a cancellation the same day before 5PM PT, please note that your card has not and will not be charged. If you do see the funds missing from your account, this is known as a reserve which is normal. This should go away within 1-3 days after cancelling an order. If we receive a cancellation request after 5PM PT, we will have to cancel your account and a refund will be processed. NOTE: Please see the refunds policy above this section for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address once an order is ‘shipped’.  You will also be able to find this information when you log into your account.

Orders are typically sent the same day a tracking number is generated.  Don’t panic if you don’t see the tracking information update–scans may not be available until your package reaches the USPS sorting facility closer to its final destination.

USPS may route a package incorrectly, or cause unexpected delays and error.  Shipping times via USPS are only estimates and do not provide a money-back guarantee.  In the event that you are experiencing a delay, please feel free to reach out to us.  We’ll be more than happy try to find a resolution for you.

While it is unusual for a package to take longer than a week, a missing package claim will only be processed between 15-60 days after the ship date.
